Worm wheel for meshing test

As we all know worm shafts can be manufactured without worm wheel, but for the worm wheel, it must be mating manufacturing with worm shafts. Since we need to conduct the meshing test. Meshing test is crucial for ensuring that the gears mesh correctly, operate smoothly, and meet the required performance standards. 

Today we receied the worm wheel sample from our Asia customers who order 2worm wheel and 4worm shafts at us. Worm gears and worm shafts are used as a set, this worm wheel is for meshing test with the remaining 2 worm shafts.
