Our proficiency enables us to create straight bevel gears with dimensions spanning from 0.5 inches to 36 inches in diameter, utilizing a diverse array of materials to fulfill specific customer needs. This enables us to collaborate with clients across a wide spectrum of industries, addressing even the most challenging application prerequisites.

Lapped Spiral Bevel Gear

By employing grinding techniques, we effectively mitigate tooth surface distortions resulting from heat treatment, achieving superior surface finish and flatness. Belon currently boasts a comprehensive array of 31 cutting-edge grinding machines, among which 12 are exclusively designated for spiral bevel gears. These machines are equipped with the renowned KLINGELNBERG G60 and G80 systems. Our capacity encompasses the grinding of bevel gears featuring pitch diameters of up to 2400mm, all executed with a precision level meeting or surpassing AGMA 14 standards. The spiral bevel gear sets meticulously ground by Belon are acclaimed for their exceptional power transmission efficiency and minimal noise emission, rendering them the preferred choice for applications demanding robust torque handling.

Bleon has a strong advantage in processing equipment, equipped with industry-leading gear processing and testing equipment, with American Gleason Phoenix 275G/800G CNC arc bevel gear grinding machine, Gleason P1200, HÖFLER YIPER500KW gear grinding machine, German Grob 5-axis Machining Center.
There are more than 200 host machines and supporting equipment in total, complete product testing methods, equipped with material physical and chemical analysis, mechanical performance testing, ultrasonic flaw detection, magnetic particle flaw detection, burn and other testing equipment.
The gear processing module ranges from 1 to 30, the maximum processing diameter is 2400mm, the grinding diameter is 1600mm, and the highest precision can reach DIN3 level.
Products are widely used in military industry, aerospace, shipbuilding, wind power, locomotives, mining, oil drilling, metallurgy, medical equipment, precision machine tools and other fields.

In terms of process equipment, Belon has taken measures to ensure world-class technological standards and large-scale production. A complete set of equipment has been imported from Germany's Klingelnberg, including the C100U, C60U, and GMC160 CNC Spiral Bevel Gear Milling Machines, as well as the Gear Roll Tester GKP851, GKP T200, and Gear Measuring Machine P350.

Gear accuracy can achieve ISO Class 3, and to enhance intrinsic quality, specialized temperature-controlled workshops and measurement centers have been set up. Presently, our KLINGELNBERG hard cutting bevel gear can reach diameters of up to Φ2500mm, with a normal module range of 25-30, maximum face width of 350-370mm, and precision reaching above Grade 5.
