Herringbone gears, also called double helical gears, are a type of gear that features two sets of teeth that are angled in opposite directions. This design helps to eliminate the axial thrust that is typically associated with helical gears, resulting in smoother and quieter operation. 

The new finished gear is used in industrial gearboxes, use 18CrNiMo7-6 material with heat treatment carburizing, grinding meet accuracy DIN6. Their unique design allows for efficient power transmission and reduced vibration, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial and mechanical systems.
